Shipping

Every piece I make is handmade, so please allow a little extra time before your order ships.

Processing time
Orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Because each piece is handmade — including the one-of-a-kind bags and the Fruit of the Spirit and 23rd Psalm pieces — please build this into your timeline if you need something by a specific date.

Shipping method & rates
I ship via USPS standard shipping only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Where I ship
I currently ship within the United States only. I'm not able to ship internationally at this time.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please email me at hello@iamaremnant.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and I'll do everything I can to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

One-of-a-kind bags
These are final sale. Since each one-of-a-kind bag is unique, it cannot be restocked or exchanged for "the same" item — so I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges on these pieces. Please reach out with any questions before ordering.

Fruit of the Spirit and 23rd Psalm bags and Bible covers
If you'd like to return or exchange one of these, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Email hello@iamaremnant.com to start a return and I'll walk you through the next steps.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of my receiving the returned item.

Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email me at hello@iamaremnant.com with a photo and your order number, and I'll take care of a replacement or refund.
