Welcome to iamaremnant.com. These terms govern your use of this site and any purchase you make from iAm. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

About These Products

Every iAm piece is handmade from fabric remnants — pieces of fabric that vary from one to the next. Because of that:

  • One-of-a-kind bags are exactly that — one of one. Once sold, that exact piece cannot be recreated.

  • Fruit of the Spirit and 23rd Psalm bags, totes, and Bible covers are made to order in the colors and sizes offered. Because they're handmade, small variations in fabric placement, color, and stitching between pieces are normal and part of what makes them unique — not a defect.

  • Custom pieces are made based on the scripture, song, or details you provide through the custom order page or by email. I'll confirm details with you before beginning work, but the finished piece reflects my creative interpretation of what you've shared.

Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you'll pay. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, including for custom pieces, unless otherwise agreed in writing. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product availability — if that happens, you'll be refunded in full.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines, methods, and return/exchange terms are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The iAm name, the i am / I AM label and mark, the site's content (text, photos, and design), and the design of each bag are my original work and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or otherwise use them without my written permission.

User Conduct

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to interfere with the site's security or functioning

  • Submit false or misleading information through the custom order form or checkout

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its products are provided "as is." I make handmade goods with care, but I don't guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that every product description is free of minor inaccuracies. Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in person.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iAm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product. My total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
