iAm ("I," "me," "my," or "iAm") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit iamaremnant.com or place an order, how I use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give me directly

  • Contact details you provide at checkout or through the site's forms — name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

  • Order details — the products you purchase, and for custom orders, the scripture, song, colors, sizes, and any personal notes you share with me to create your piece.

  • Any messages you send me directly, by email or through a contact form.

Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, Squarespace, which hosts and powers this site, automatically collects some technical information — things like your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with the site (via cookies and similar technologies). This helps the site function properly and helps me understand how it's being used.

Payment information
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I do not see or store your full credit card number — that's handled directly by Stripe.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect to:

  • Fulfill and ship your orders, and communicate with you about them

  • Create your custom piece, when you've submitted a custom order request

  • Respond to your questions and messages

  • Improve the site and the products I offer

  • Send you updates about new products or promotions, if you've opted in to my newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time

I do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who I Share Information With

I share information only as needed to run this business:

  • Service providers who help operate the site and fulfill orders — Squarespace (hosting and e-commerce), Stripe (payment processing), and USPS (shipping).

  • As required by law — if I'm required to disclose information to comply with a legal obligation.

I don't share your custom-order details (your verse, your story, your notes to me) with anyone outside of what's needed to make and ship your piece.

This site uses cookies — small files stored on your device — to keep the shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic through analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

I currently ship only within the United States and do not knowingly collect information from visitors located in the EU or UK.
